I am passionate about working with adult women on their journey of self discovery and spiritual development. Integrating trauma-informed techniques with spiritual concepts, clients will explore themselves while building a solid sense of self. I help clients become comfortable and safe in their bodies using Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing techniques, mindfulness, and introspection. We will also work to help you discover your truest essence through evidence-based theories such as personality psychology and attachment theory, as well as more spiritual modalities. By using goddess psychology, shadow work, inner child work, archetypes, ego states and mythology, women can access an unlimited source of continuous self-healing. I lean on the work of Deb Dana, Steven Porges, Peter Levine, Francine Shapiro, David Hawkins, Clarisa Estes Pinkola, Maureen Murdock, and many others.
